George Koutsikianidis' career has been built around one constant: making industrial businesses work better and more efficiently.
For more than two decades, he has held senior management positions in the Food & Beverage industry, with responsibility for manufacturing operations, operational performance, profitability, investments, business transformation and organizational development.
He has led turnaround projects, major CAPEX investments, production transformations, new product industrialization and Operational Excellence programs across different industrial environments.
Today, this experience comes together through GK Food & Beverage Consulting. The goal is simple: to bring real industrial experience to businesses that need to make critical decisions, execute complex projects and create measurable value.

George Koutsikianidis
George Koutsikianidis brings more than 20 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, specializing in factory operations, business transformation, investments and business value creation.
Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions and responsibilities covering the operation and profitability of manufacturing sites, investment planning and execution, business restructuring, and the development of new products and production capabilities.
He has led investment programs exceeding €30M and business transformation projects delivering measurable results in EBITDA, productivity, cost and efficiency.
Today, he works with owners, CEOs, management teams and investors as a strategic advisor and execution partner for critical business decisions.
